Gems perjures themselves by lying on numerous occasions!! Disgusting!
Once again GEMS PERJURES themselves by sending letters to member stating that members will be reimbursed for amounts on specific days... AND IT DOES NOT HAPPEN!
I REALLY CAN NOT BELIEVE THAT GEMS FINDS IT FINE TO LIE TO MEMBERS. Then to say the funds have been paid to the practice which is bulls **** because gems does not have the practice particulars.
This has now been going on for far too long!
The last straw was last week when the funds was supposed to be transferred into my account on 2 August.
GEMS need to clean up their act. Its disgusting!
