GEMS PAY UP

Call after call and email after email, and having to replay the same information over and over to different people who cannot seem to comprehend the problem. GEMS authorises sessions and then refuse to pay. It's in black and white but yet they cannot resolve the issue and pay what they authorised. One of the most frustrating medical aid I have had to deal with.
