GEMS - Pathetic service.

Gems sent me a contribution increase letter. I could not open the attachment letter as it was password protected. I asked them a month ago to email the amount, so I can pay the increase. Note my email is the corespondence for all the their emails. I sent them numerous requests , they just ignore it. The consultand Zandi said she would email it. I have not heard anything from them. So I dont know what amount to pay. Absolutely terrible service. I emailed the CEO as well. Still ignored.
