Gems pathetic service

Consultants cannot help me with anything..... Keep on putting me on hold for more that 15 minutes then transferring me and eventually cutting the call without warning.....I have been trying to get my issue resolved since yesterday..... In total I have called 11 times and no one is able to assist me. Very pathetic service..... Thinking of cancelling my subscription with them!!!
