Gems not worth it

Because I am employed by the Gauteng Department of Education im obliged to have GEMS. In 2017 I was in hospital for3 days. They only paid half my stay after they authorised all 3 days. I keep on enquiring about the account because it is overdue. Its now already 2018 and every week the same story is repeated. They claim that it is with the accounts committee and they will get back to me... its been so long now already that I have been summoned to court.
