Gems not paying the supplier
On the 11 May 2022 i made application for help via Ex Gratia for a new wheelchair, I was very happy when you informed me in the 2nd August 2022 that the application was approved. Today is the 19 September 2022 and the supplier have not been paid, after many calls to GEMS i still cant find out what the problem is, can some one please help me. I understand Ex Gratia is help that is approved for you, but i really need the wheelchair

26 Sept 2022, 11:04why is no one contacting me, i dont have any airtime to phone you, i wasted all on you and till now i did not get an answer, you are going to explain to the supplier if the quotation they gave is not the same price anymore
