GEMS NOT PAYING MY SAVINGS

<p>I have been on GEMS medical aid since 2011, i was using the Ruby savings option for about three years. i have changed my option this year in February and the consultants at GEMS told me that my saving will be paid to me in 5months. I have been calling GEMS to find out when will my savings be paid and i have been getting different responses everytime i talk to a consultant. I am very frustrated with GEMS and the poor service that i am receiving. i have been a loyal member of this med aid scheme for almost 6years.</p>
