GEMS not paying Dr's

My wife went for a knee replacement operation on 15 May 2019 at Herm**** Mediclinic. After numerous telephone calls to the client service call center, GEMS eventually paid the physiothe******, but there still 2 accounts that is not fully paid ie, the Orthopedic surgeon and the Anaesthetist. Under the present economic circumstances I cannot afford to pay the above mentioned accounts. HBJ Olivier
