Gems not Paying Accounts: poor service
<p>It's been 6 times calling GEMS dental department with this, but what they would do is make me hold and then cut the call. I also sent emails but no help. </p> <p> </p> <p>I went to a dentist 2013 and only found out now in 2016 that GEMS didn't pay. What should I do for you to help, this is really disappointing. </p>

So now GEMS says I was registered 1 June 2013 and my claim was for 7 May 2013. However, the question I am asking is why was I able to pay with the medical aid at the pharmacy on 7 May 2013 after visiting the dentist, and I was given the medication without any problems.
And why is it my problem that GEMS only registered me on June when we told them before then that I am still at school.
This is not right, I am no longer on the medical aid because I am no longer at school, but paying for 2013 visits is not fair.
