Gems not giveing service.

I have app**** a month back for medical aid and n month later not activated yet keep emailing me documents needed when i phone they tell me everything received 72 hours then we will activate 72 hours then nothing again. Promises and nothing happens pathetic Longele from membership department's also struggle to get colaberation from team members at head office and is the only one from Gems at least calling back seems like the only one working at gems.
