Gems no service

I've been trying to get a Nebulizer for my child who is asthmatic for more than a year you go from pillar to post referred to various depts n people managers are always in meetings you waste hundreds of rand's in airtime they can't call u cos they are inbound Gems get my conts dutifully every month I'm on emerald but gems customer service is bad n no value for members I don't know about members who need other devices I need public to think twice before joining gems
