Gems nightmare scheme

2013. Gems suspended this membership because of R1800 in arrears . I called on behalf of the member, no confirmation received from Gems. Instead the medical aid was activated again. It didn't take long for this error to come up. I again called Gems requested Recon statement I spoke to 2 different agent , each confirming a different amount.Was asked to call back after 5 w.days. When I did, they confirmed the premiums are up to date. I was refered to Siyanda who confirmed this is an IT error. Twice. He has sent a request for this \debt"to be removed. Asked this in writting. Never received bothered to do that. Sept 2014 shortly after that"
