Gems Negligence

I am currently hospitalised, communication was sent to Gems on the 01 November 2024 for medication that needs Authorisation, this medication is only for 5 weeks and will benefit my health, I have been calling Gems and been sent from pillar to post, the hospital cannot get hold of Gems case manager that does the approval nor are emails responded to.
