GEMS need to treat their customers with integrity/assistance

Seriously when you gave in an invoice and proof of payment you send everything they ask motivation etc. You stand 2 days in ice cold weather for more than 45 minutes to try to solve the problem at local branch and still struggle. Still no payment. I'm a pensioner, GEMS got my banking details and I have theirs. For the same reason the kid went for school psychology assessment I apply for him for Ex-gratia and after they asked me for occupational report and we paid again for that even they now silent. I nearly never ever have hospital bills our only problem is a severe ADHD kid. He even diagnosed by neurologist as extreme ADHD. It doesn't help to phone GEMS as you get a helpdesk and what helpdesk do and people in back offices is 2 totally different things. Lastly with ex gratia you can't even phone or talk to anyone and they nearly never communicate with me.

And still it's not paid. It is just useless with GEMS. Not even your own staff can get it fixed. Also how do GEMS use a dependant code of dependant that is more than 15 years no longer on my medical aid. How many times must I give proof of payment.
