GEMS Motivation department is useless.

Trying to motivate spectacles for a young girl with a very high prescription is IMPOSSIBLE with GEMS. They do not care about their dependants and their well being. Supervisors are IMPOSSIBLE to get hold off. They are either on a call, out of the office or working from home and NEVER RETURN phone calls.
