gems????? more like dirt
i phoned and emailed gems for my tax certificate and still nothing. Looks like i must fly to the head office and go print it myself because they dont know how a printer or email works??? come on gems wake up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
