GEMS MEDICALAID MUST BE INVESTIGATED .

Why does Gems not pay for services while Charging an Arm and a Leg for Medical Aid.They don't authorize any doctors Motivation with out a Fight. Patients constantly need to call them for Authorisation. They don't even pay for normal Medication. They should be taken to the consumer Court to explain there Incompetence. Government Medical aid was always the best in the Past. THEY ARE PROPERBLY ASLO ******* SOMERHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT THIS MEDICAL AID SCHEME THEY SHOULD BE AUDITED AS WELL AS INVESTIGATED FOR CORUPPTION .
