Gems medical scheme is pathetic

Poor service I have received an email stating i have been refunded,yet the funds were sent to an ABSA account that was closed in 2019!!!!!!

I told them about that and had been taken pillar to post and ask to submit documents which i did,then suddenly was told to go to the bank,went to the bank and was told the refund failed due to account being closed since 2019…

GEMS I WANT MY MONEY!!! Your services are pathetic!!!
