Gems medical cards

Good day member at Gems we are struggling from February 2024 for the new medical aid cards. Up until now no one can assist by when we will receive it. Really been send from one person to another person. Everytime been informed its been send to the post. Went the end of last month to post office they couldnt assist me coz they need a Reference number to check if its been delivered to them. Gems cant assist with a reference number for the post. This are so frustrating just to get the medical aid cards.
