GEMS MEDICAL AID RETIREMENT PROCESS

My mother retired March 2020,her medical aid has been cancelled without her knowledge or being notified by Gems what she needs to do. She has a chronic condition that needs medical aid which is putting her life at risk. No further steps where taken to reach out to her or inform her about what she needs to do. Kindly assist urgently with this matter as it is inconveniencing.
