GEMS Medical Aid Refuses to cancel

I have submitted a notification to remove a dependent from my medical aid as of November 2014. I have both faxed and e-mailed the signed letter as per the Gems Requirements. Its now the end of January I have called about 10 time since December and January. I keep re e-mailing the request and nothing happens. <br> <br> I can't afford the medical aid for the dependent. Its now 2 months of premiums. No one will process a request from 3 months ago. <br> <br> Please help.
