Gems medical aid refuse to pay out my savings refund
<p>Gems Medical Aid refuse to pay out my savings refund. They send several letters saying that they owe me a refund. After sending in the documents they said that they will pay out Friday but it never happened. Every time i phoned they said every Friday they will pay out. It is now 6 Fridays and still no pay out. Do they want to give the money or not. I spend so much airtime phoning them just to hear Friday. They are taking me for a fool.</p>
