Gems medical aid poor service
Phoned gems about enquiry. A lady said 2 completely different things in one sentence the was passed on from one dept to another and clearly they didn't know what they are doing. Very *********** staff at enquiries and haven't a clue what's going on.

One lady said 2 different things in one sentence then couldn't explain it to us so we passed on from dept to dept. Asked for them to call us back to which they said no and they so kindly put the phone down on us. Very poor service.
