What a disgusting service from Gems, been having a toothache from last week Wednesday awaiting authorization from the hospital, since today we getting back and forth, call center agents are WORSE and very PATHETIC toothache pains are no fun and to wait for days is even worse this is a pathetic scheme, agents puts you on hold for hours with no assistance....
