Gems medical aid is the worst ..

Gems is the worst medical aid ever I'm on maternity programme but they have not paid a cent to my gyne I must pay the payment ...y am I paying monthly If I could leave I would but no medical aid will take a pregnant woman now I am highly disappointed and I wish I never joined Customer service dont know what they doing they all telling me different stories
