Avoid this medical scheme. They employ idiots who cannot read or write because they cannot process requests quickly instead they will send u email after email requesting the same info. I sent them a dr. Motivation letter & supplier pro forma inv. With all info for the wheelchair cushion. They emailed me back asking that i write it all out so i did , they then go & process tge payment not to mr. Mobility but to primacare who reject it as they dont stock the item. Irs now been a month & i have to start tge request all over again ! So to avoid the frustration i am going thru check wid mecical aids b4 joining as ti where do they get sraff from & r they able to read & write in english !
