Gems medical aid administrators poor service delivery

To gems complaints department I have received a account of over r2000 from pathcare. I would like to know why claims did not pay and if it was medscheme or mhg the administrators of Gems.

I don't have a income at present and I will report this matter by the medical aid schemes council if this matter is not resolved.

That the administrators of Gems are delivering a poor service and people Must be made aware of poor service delivery.
