GEMS MEDICAL AID

I have resigned out of my permanent post to join a SGB post closer to home. I have received several sms messages that my medical aid wil only be active till 31 March 2021. Now suddenly they say it was only active till end of February and refuse to pay a claim for March. I never use my medical aid and now being threatened with legal action for a little bit more than R1000 for flu meds. This is the most pathetic medical aid with all their out of scheme exclusions. They take forever to answer phones or respond to an email. And there benefits are also useless!
