GEMS MEDICAL AID

<p>I am struggeling to get GEMS to pay for a dentist service that were done.</p> <p> </p> <p>Their rules says that they may not work on one tooth twice in one year, my husband tooth were one in 2016 and according to GEMS same tooth in 2017 BUT wait here is comes only 360 days laps and not 365 days. Now there is an amount of R700 to be paid and GEMS is stubborn although the dentist indicated that that work on the one side of the tooth 2016 and then the other side of the tooth on 2017 same tooth diffrent sides.</p> <p> </p> <p>I pay R6666 per month for me and my husband there is funds available BUT GEMS refuse they get stucked on the 365 days like I mentioned although it is two different sides of the tooth.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
