GEMS MED AID BAD SERVICES.

Hi good day,today I went for routine bloods for my cholesterol etc.Only to find out that GEMS has left mewith an major account at Pathcare.I was even told if I need to do my normal blood routines in 6months Pathcare will not do my bloods,because of the outstanding account.GEMS has seriously put me once again in debt,and the embarrassment to explain to the lady that I will sort this account.Now I had it once again with GEMS,My med aid contribution is almost R3000 per month,but this is the pathetic service you get from GEMS.
