GEMS Maternity Programme Bad Service

GEMS is totally appalling. It is unfortunate that I have to be stressed this much by my medical insurance in addition to my health challenges. I haven't received any feedback since my last complaint. Just a call a few minutes ago, from a consultant who said she couldn't find anything under my profile and asked me useless questions about my pregnancy...too little too late. I am due to give back anytime from now, thanks for your lack of support. GEMS maternity programme is the worst. The consultants are clueless, they can never find anything. Last week, they couldn't find my funding application for delivery until my doctor sent me the proof of motivation she sent. It was only approved after fighting with them for days. Since May, they cant find my doctors RWOPS certificate. She sent me the proof of email that she sent to *** on May 18 2021. I have emailed the certificate from my side as well but that rude consultant just told me she doesn't deal with members. I need my money back since I am also paying you monthly for services which I have to pay again from my pocket because of your incompetence. Oh...and they cant find the additional consultations that were approved under my profile as part of PMB benefits despite having sent me proof of approval in January. Utter incompetence! I cant wait to have a baby and change medical aids.
