GEMS Maternity nightmare

It's very frustrating dealing with the GEMS maternity programme. The promises they give you when you register are nothing but lies. I was told that a case manager or mid wife will contact me for a risk assessment and for monthly follow ups. I haven't heard from them since the initial assessment. I was approved for additional consultations due to my high risk pregnancy. I changed doctors earlier this year to alert them but I was told I don't need to reapply with the new doctor. Everytime I call the service centre, they cant find my confirmation of my additional benefits. This afternoon, after calling several times to confirm my hospital authorisation, I am told I don't have anymore benefits left as the benefits were app**** by a different doctor. I am due any day now and my pregnancy has been eventful. GEMS has not provided me with any support as my healthcare insurer. The service consultants do not seem to have knowledge of the products and services. Overrall service is terrible.
