GEMS maternity benefits not covering delivery of the baby!!!
I am extremely disappointed in GEMS that they would inform me that my maternity benefits are activated on the 4th of October yet they will not cover my hospitalization for a c-section. This is disgrace full and after paying them so much so long to be told this on the day you meant to go deliver the baby. I will tell all my colleagues and friends not go for this medical aid scheme. Just a bunch of crocodiles waiting to eat peoples money.

23 Oct 2019, 13:02Member no. ***. Maternity benefits were denied for dependent 07 even after I was informed that they were already activated on the 4th of October 2019. Now I'm being told a different story.
