I was very happy with the response I got from Gems. They are going to pay most of the claims of what doctors are asking. The lady promised to send an email with the amounts and which doctor they will pay. I still have not received an email outlying what GEMS is paying. I appreciate a verbal confirmation, but an email will confirm the payment will be done for sure. Waiting for the email. Thanks. Graham
