Gems linger to refund me for payment to hosp+drs
I had eye operations in left and right eye on 25 Aug. & 27 Aug.'15 I had to pay for all expenses because hospital and doctors did not want to work with Gems Gov. Med. Scheme because Gems don't pay their accounts. Now I am also struggling to get re-funds from Gems for the payments I made. Gems is full of excuses and promises and nothing happens after that. ( I am on the Beryl Option - Member no.***
