Gems keeps sending me letters says I owe them money I don't know off.

I received letters from gems indicating that "As a resigned member, you are not allowed to use any benefits provided by GEMS. Our records indicate that you owe claims debt of R 2,887.39 to GEMS. Please refer to page 2 for what the debt constitutes of"

First, There is no page 2 indicating what claim was it about.

Secondly, my last day at my previous employer was on the 31 July 2022 and the benefits used was within July and it was paid for.

I never ever used gems madical aid since I resigned and the frustration I get is that the letters doesn't show the details of the claim none whatsoever.

I called gems enquiring about this and claims department says they don't have such record as my last claim was paid for. So why am I being sent these endless letters of demand and threats on my name?????

I owe gems nothing as I never used their benefits after I resigned, please rectify your records and clear my name please.
