Gems keeps rejecting my refund

I am writing this fuming because I have been submitting one and the same refund claim and Gems keeps rejecting it. At first it was the ICD10 code. We fixed it with the doctor I resubmitted together with my new refund claim because I have now gone back to the doctor for the second time. They accepted the refund claim for the second one but rejected the one I submitted for the 15 of November. It’s been a month now resubmitting and getting rejected for baseless reasons. I want my R800 back now!! I am sick and tired as a client who is going through medical issues this is the last thing I need from my medical aid.
