Gems just do what they feel like!!

On the 1 of April you send me a affidavit A for to fill in for my sister.I did it the same day but still they took my sister of the medical for April. My sister was put back on the medical aid on the 28th of April 2015. I phoned and they said they will only take for me a amount of R1827-00 and they did on the 4/05/2015. But to my SUPRISE this morning on the 02/06/2015 they took money from my bank first payment was R1291-00 and the second one on the same day was R3118-00. So I phoned the medical aid this morning and to my disappointment I was on the phone for a hour from 1 person to another with 2 persons putting the phone down in my face.
