Gems is useless

Gems incompetence in reviewing my request for a root canal is unbelievable. My dentist remarked on how extremely damaged my tooth is they said there is not enough damage to my tooth to warrant a root canal After they asked for more info from my dentist they asked for a post operative ex-ray on a root canal not yet done. I am fully convinced this may be a retaliation on my Father threatening them with the medical board after they denied him chemo that in their words "is too expensive" even though he cannot be treated with normal chemo because of his heart failure. Even my brother who is diabetic keeps being trown off of my fathers medical coverage without my fathers consent. With all the bad reviews against Gems am i surprised they aren't just simply shut down. I believe that the government should simply should shut them down and get a new and better medical aid for their employees.
