GEMS IS TREATING ME UNFAIRLY

I am Silindile Mtshali ID:*** dependant of Mr Sandile Mtshali (main ***. I am an Epileptic patient that is abused by this medical aid. I fail to understand why suddenly I am not allowed to go to Netcare Alberton (Neurologist Dr Djan) and have my yearly epilepsy checkup. Gems staff failed to help me, but Thabang who refused to give me the surname was very rude to me. I want to know that I it happens that I have a seizure at night, Do they want me to die because I can’t go to Netcare Alberton which is the best hospital for my case?

In June Mr Mtshali the main member went to Gems Johannesburg offices and changed the option to burial and they said he must wait for 3 months period which is finished, but still they have not changed. I am currently a sickly Disabled person and if I do not get the solution to this problem and the frustration GEMS is giving me I am going to die. I am frustrated and upset which can trigger epilepsy for me today.

This is totally unacceptable, and there is no proffetionalism at all.
