GEMS IS THE WORSE
Very disappointed with GEMS, after speaking to 6 Agents still no help or assistance. I'm with Emerald Value Option and last week Thursday an email sent stating that most netcare hospitals will not be on my plan. And I'm 37 weeks pregnant due in January and my nominated hospital is no more on the list, and no one is willing to help all the agents keep saying I need to pay R12 000 Co payment yet two months ago I already got authorization code to have my baby at the hospital. With the netcare hospitals they offering me the closest is 3 hours away. Why should I pay a co payment? This is ridiculous paying so much for medical aid but without any help.
