GEMS IS THE PITS WHEN IT COMES TO SERVICE

GEMS really is the pits. My parents are both chronic patients and every month they have to wait for their tablets to be delivered. It's suposse to be delivered the 1st of the month it is the 14th today and they are still waiting. They have to wait until GEMS decides to deliver their tablets, never mind that my father is sick, was in hospital and needs his medication. My mother as well now needs to go to the chemist to top up until they deliver.
