GEMS is the cause that my husband is not on any medical aid!!!!!!!!!

I am absolutely effing livid!!!! I apply for my husband to move to my medical aid. Gems requires him to resign from his medical aid. I send all the documents. I have to get a confirmation certificate from Gems to send to his medical aid so they can cancel it!!!!!! They cancel it as I GOT THE CERTIFICATE FROM GEMS!!!! JUST TO EFFING GET AN EMAIL YO SAY MY HUSBAND IS NOT ON MY MEDICAL AID!!! IT'S HIS LIFE YOU ARE PLAYING WITH. WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE!!!! IN HIS 54 YEARS HE HAS NEVER NOT BEEN ON A MEDICAL AID!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU ARE THE CAUSE THAT HE IS NOT ON A MEDICAL AID!!!!!!! I need answers. I spoke to a lady named Guguletho Kumalo and shw sent me a certificate, and I have sent you all the documents!!!!!!!!! SORT IT OUT NOW!!!!!!!!!! I am Effeed off!!!!! He is not a child anymore!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
