GEMS is run like a ****a shop!
I am still waiting for an explanation why the claim from Dr Landman on 23/12/2024 was settled from day to day benefits and not from under THE VALUE CARE TEAM as per norm; due to your **** up, there’s a shortfall for a physio session.
