Gems is ripping us off

I've been writing a whole lot of reviews on Gems.. Most of the issues I've reported have since been sorted out. Now my remaining issue is this:My dad was a previous member of gems.. My mom being the main member.. Now he is on my medical aid.. Still gems.. While he was on my mom's medical aid a urologist did a biopsy on him and said it was a standard procedure that is done on all men his age. We sent him to our Gp and he suggested that maybe he sees a urologist because at that time we were trying to find out what was wrong with him since his body started to change.. Little did we know that he has developed parkenson's disease.. We only found out this year.. Ohk so when the urologist did the biopsy we were told that his prostate is normal.. It was a one day procedure and we returned home with him.. Now another urilogist wants to check his prostate since now he is sick.. Gems is now refusing to authorise anything related to his prostate.. Now my question is.. Let's say i check for hiv and they find out that i don't have it.. After a year maybe am i not allowed to check again? I'm just making an example with hiv.. Because he checked before but there was no cancer found.. Is he not allowed to be checked again and if he is now sick get treatment? I've sent endless emails to underwritters, they've now decided to ignore me!
