Gems is Pathetic

I was not feeling well and I have gone to the pharmacist for selfmedication.To my surprise the normal selfmedication that I always have got from the pharmacist last year is not anymore cover by gems .I am on emarald value and do have funds available on over rhe counter but I am not allowed to used it .Now I must go to the Dr to get that medication that was always over the counter and at the Dr also gems do not cover everything.Every month we must paid alot to gems but must always pay out of our pockets.I even have problems with my chronicl medication
