Gems is pathetic
My chronical medication have to be renew .My Dr did email the presription to Gems. After a week I did not receive my medication.
I follow up with gems and the whole time they have excuses . Even the person that assist me sais I must phone back in the morning then he will be fresh and he wants to go to lunch.This is pathetic and gems is playing with their customers live and seems like they do not care

11 Jun 2023, 09:38At last I received my chronic but Gems is a disgrace.My Wife never even have chronic medication or have a subsciption for any Chronical and with my chronical medication they send my wife ARV medication.I will take this to the media as it is really a disgrace to treat clients like this as my wife do not even have HIV .This is not the end of this I will take it to the onbudsman for medical aids as how was it check and who check it out.It simply means there is ***** st the pharmacy
