Gems is pathetic

Gems is really the worst medical aid i ever experienced. They have a bad attitude and wont pay blood tests etc . But you have to go to the specific drs and hospitals they say you have to go to. Then if you have to add a new baby or member the benigits stay the same but you have to pay more every month. You have to pay 70% and they only pay 30% of the prescribed medicine. And if you dont use all your benifits you just loose it. I was at gems today they dont give a ****t about you as the member
