Gems is a total rea

I contacted Gems in January (19) to be exact I wanted to remove my son from my medical aid,stated the reasons and was therefore guided through the process. E-mail all necessary documents and was told to wait for 3months wich came and passed moneý was still being deducted every time I'm trying to make an inquiry I get to speak to a new consultant who ask me to email proof than disappear. Eventually got help and my son was removed from the med aid now the problem is my rèfund I have been şent from pillar to post no one wants to take responsibility for my money
