GEMS is a ****, always no funds available for some unknown reason!

Hi, I'm writing this on behalf of my parents who are both in their sixties! They've made trips to the GEMS branches in Welkom and Bloemfontein trying to resolve the endless issues with their medical aid. Whenever one of them goes to a Dr, they are told they don't have funds. My dad as the primary member pays R5 000.00 per month for both himself and my mom but obviously this medical aid is nothing but a ****, it is not value for money at all. Someone needs to take a look at this issue and give them the proper service they deserve. They can't be driving around the whole Free State trying to sort out the mess you've made. You guys must get your act together and help them IMMEDIATELY!! This pathetic service is uncalled for!!
